As an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist I am qualified in a range of soft tissue techniques that can be safely used to treat a range of musculoskeletal pain conditions. No two treatments are the same - they are bespoke to your needs on that day.

Your treatment includes a thorough consultation with range of motion testing, a hands on manual therapy treatment using techniques such as trigger point work, myofasical release and stretching before self-care suggestions are made to continue the work at home.

My work is truly holistic in manner. Informed by the biopsychosocial model of pain, it takes into account your emotional and physical needs, to make you feel safe and heard.

Jess trained in Advanced Clinical Massage at the world-renowned Jing Institute in Brighton. This qualifies her in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point work, as well as Sports Massage.

Her practice began with training in Swedish Massage and Reflexology. Her understanding of the power of calming the central nervous system in the management of pain conditions, has an important role within Jess’s clinical practice.

Her clinical specialism is in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain with evidence-informed techniques, centred around the biopsychosocial model of pain.

Creating a welcoming, safe space for all is integral to Jess’s work.
